無(wú)論是剛剛創(chuàng)立的小公司，還是已經(jīng)上市的大公司，想要擴(kuò)大生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)，都需要進(jìn)行融資，不同階段所采取的融資方式不同，股權(quán)質(zhì)押作為一種融資工具，正在為各類企業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來(lái)了新的機(jī)遇。

No matter the firms just set up or the listed firms, to expand production scale and increase economic benefit, rasing fund is necessary financial tool for different firms. While at different stages, firms should adopt different financing methods. Share pledging, as a financing tool, is bringing new opportunities for the development of various types of companies.

在這一融資方式中，股權(quán)質(zhì)押主要應(yīng)用于哪一類公司，尤其是上市公司和初創(chuàng)公司，成為了一個(gè)備受關(guān)注的話題。

However, the question of which type of companies, especially listed firms or entrepreneurship, primarily utilize share pledging as a financing method has attracted significant attention.

芝加哥大學(xué)布斯商學(xué)院 Fuji Bank and Heller 金融學(xué)講席教授，芝加哥大學(xué)貝克爾弗里德曼經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所中國(guó)中心主任，芝加哥大學(xué)布斯商學(xué)院Fama-Miller中心聯(lián)席主任，美國(guó)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)研究局教授研究員，亞洲金融與經(jīng)濟(jì)研究局資深教授研究員，清華大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院阿里巴巴公益基金特聘教授。何治國(guó)教授現(xiàn)任Review of Asset Pricing Studies執(zhí)行主編，曾任Journal of Finance 和 Review of Financial Studies 的副主編。其研究成果曾獲斯隆研究獎(jiǎng)（Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellowship）、Brattle Group年度最佳論文獎(jiǎng)、Amundi Smith-Breeden年度最佳論文獎(jiǎng)、雷曼兄弟杰出金融學(xué)研究獎(jiǎng)（Lehman Brothers Fellowship for Research Excellence in Finance）等。

He serves as Professor of Finance, PhD Program area adviser, and Faculty Co-Director of Fama-Miller Center at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He is also a Research Associate at NBER, and was the Dean's Distinguished Visiting Scholar at Stanford University, Graduate School of Business. He is recruited by the Thousand Talents Plan in China, and serves as the Special-term Alibaba Foundation visiting Professor at Tsinghua University, School of Economics and Management.

He has been named a 2014 Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellow, and has won numerous awards for his outstanding scholastic record, including Lehman Brothers Fellowship for Research Excellence in Finance in 2007, the Swiss Finance Institute Outstanding Paper Award in 2012, the Smith-Breeden First Prize in 2012 and the Brattle Group First Prize in 2014.
